Jason Cohen has been shaping the future of field service technology for nearly a decade as part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service product team.
His journey began at FieldOne — the startup Microsoft acquired to build what is now D365 Field Service — where he led implementations before transitioning into product management. A passionate advocate for flexibility and extensibility, Jason is known for championing the partner and customer voice inside Microsoft, ensuring the platform evolves in ways that serve real-world service operations.
He currently leads product direction for key areas including the Field Service–Project Operations integration and the ongoing push to modernize scheduling and mobile experiences. Based in Georgia, Jason brings both deep technical credibility and a refreshingly candid perspective to the conversation.
