Ben Vollmer brings deep expertise in consulting, sales, product development, and management across diverse industries. He joined RSM in March 2024 to lead Growth and Product for the RSM Power Factory.
Before RSM, he was SVP of Product Management at IFS, leading global teams to deliver innovative enterprise service solutions. He spent over 16 years at Microsoft in key leadership roles, shaping go-to-market strategy for Dynamics 365 Field Service and working closely with partners, customers, and internal teams.
Earlier in his career, Ben played a pivotal role in launching ePartners, Microsoft’s first national Business Applications partner. Known for aligning product vision with real-world outcomes, Ben is passionate about optimizing service, people, processes, and tech.
A pragmatic leader and problem-solver, he thrives on creating value through collaboration and driving impact via enterprise applications and emerging technologies.
