Mark’s journey in IT began in 2005 with a transition from the sports industry to a robust career in Microsoft Dynamics. Starting with technical support, he quickly moved through consultancy roles and into a strategic advisory capacity as a solution architect. With early experience in Dynamics CRM, Mark became deeply versed in the Power Platform and eventually honed his expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, where he now focuses his efforts.
Today, Mark is recognized as a Microsoft Dual Award MVP and Regional Lead MCT. His contributions extend beyond client projects; he actively contributes to Microsoft’s broader community through exam writing and direct feedback to product teams, helping to shape the future of Microsoft solutions. Over the years, Mark has led significant projects across a diverse range of industries for clients such as ScotiaBank, Oxbow Coal, Ford, Lebara, GOV.UK, Arsenal FC, Glasgow Clan, the Caledonia Gladiators, and the R&A Golf Course.
